objective and challenge

We filled more than 8 Maracanãs at the same time! The World Cup would be at the soccer's home and it needed an online experience to match with its importance. In order to solve users' expectations about the consume of live games on the internet, we've counted on a Lean UX process based on the cooper model of product creation. A few concepts, such as second and first screen were discussed and applied to the product, seeking to understand the different points of contact with users.

 

Lean UX

It was important to understand the various types of page consumption and business intentions for the product. The separation into two groups of consumption, one more focused on video and other on social interaction, managed the remainder of the project. A lot of insights from this research are being used for the portal improvement nowadays.
